Mr. James Stanley Mintz Sr. first opened the full-time plumbing business in 1964 along with his wife, Loraine, and continued to operate the business from their Wilmington home until 1978. Presently, J.S. Mintz Plumbing Service is located at 105 Switchyard Road.
