Modern Plumbing Company, Inc. is a fourth generation company which has been family-owned and operated for over fifty-five years. The company operates from its own property and buildings located at 4828 Pine Ave, just off the Beltway in Pasadena. Our fleet of service trucks have grown from two to twenty, and we continue to add more service trucks, acquire more property, and build add-ons to our buildings as our production level increases to meet the needs of our customers. Modern Plumbing Company, Inc. operates according to and in compliance with the licensure of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and the plumbing codes of Pasadena, Houston and their surrounding cities.
