  “We called Tankersley on Tuesday and lady in office said they would be there at 2:00. She called at 3:00 and said she had lost my address. So obviously they were not there on time. Charles shows up and runs line through pipes and says roots are causing flooding. For $2850. they will replace main water line. That they can fix our sprinkler system when they cut into it. Start work the next day several hours after schedule. Tear up our whole front yard. Close to dark they finish. They start to leave as they said work is finished. I check and it is still flooding. I stopped them from leaving to check it out. They say we don't know the problem but will be back in the morning. Next morning owner comes and runs camera and says its previous pipes that are the problem but get the flooding stopped. He will send someone out within two days to fix our yard. Five days later and no one has shown. So I have to hire someone to repair the yard that should not have been so destroyed. They don't do what they say they will do. I wish we had hired someone else. Really feel ripped off.”

  “Thanks so much for all of your help! You guys came out on a Sunday and weathered the cold and rain to fix a busted pipe out in the middle of my yard. You guys responded fast to my call and had our water back on and the pipe fixed in no time! Thank you so much for all of your help and i know when I need repairs done in the future to call Tankersley Plumbing!”
